At First Glance Beauté, our bridal experience is designed for brides who value refined beauty, precision, and a flawlessly organized wedding morning. These policies ensure a smooth, professional process from booking to “I do.”

booking & retainer

To secure your date, a non-refundable 25 percent retainer is required.
Your date is not reserved until the retainer is received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your wedding day.
Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of services.

cancellations & rescheduling

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the wedding: retainer is forfeited.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding: 50 percent balance is still owed.

• Reschedule requests are allowed one time only if the new date is available.

If First Glance Beauté must cancel due to emergency or illness, your retainer is refunded in full or transferred to a new date.

bridal previews (trial sessions)

A trial is highly recommended to perfect your vision.

• Trials are billed at our guest hair and makeup rates.

• Trials must be scheduled at least 4 weeks before the wedding.

• Major style changes after the trial should be communicated immediately.

Your trial ensures your wedding morning runs smooth, polished, and stress-free.

additional services

Extra glam added on the wedding day (additional guests, glam changes, touch-ups, etc.) will be billed at guest rates.
All last-minute requests made within 48 hours may incur a rush fee.

health + safety disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all allergies, sensitivities, and skin concerns before their appointment.

First Glance Beauté is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or pre-existing irritations.

payments

Accepted forms of payment include:

• Cash

• Zelle / bank transfer

Late payments beyond the 7-day deadline may cancel your booking automatically.

photography & media release

By booking First Glance Beauté, you grant permission for the use of photos and videos captured during your service for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes unless you opt out in writing before your event.

bridal party policies

Bridal party service counts must be finalized 14 days before the wedding date.
Any additions require approval and will be billed separately.
